Vinyl Printing — Decals, Wall & Vehicle Graphics
Vinyl printing covers everything that has to stick and survive: shop-window graphics, wall murals, vehicle branding, floor decals and machine labels. We print on cast and calendered vinyl, laminate for UV and scratch protection, then contour cut to your exact shape.

- UV, matte and anti-skid laminates
- Contour cutting to any shape
- Indoor 3–5 yrs / outdoor 2–3 yrs life
Types of printable vinyl
The base film decides how long the graphic lasts and what surfaces it will conform to.
- Calendered vinyl: cost-effective, ideal for flat surfaces — windows, walls, boards.
- Cast vinyl: thinner and more flexible, conforms to curves and rivets — the choice for vehicle wraps.
- Transparent / one-way vision: perforated film that lets people inside see out while showing artwork outside.
- Frosted etched vinyl: privacy film for glass partitions and cabin doors.
- Anti-skid floor vinyl: laminated for grip and foot traffic.
Contour cutting and CutContour paths
For shaped decals, supply a vector path named CutContour as a 100% magenta spot colour on its own layer. Keep the path a single closed shape, avoid sharp inside corners narrower than 2 mm, and leave 3 mm of artwork bleed outside it so no white edge appears after weeding.
Surface preparation and application
Vinyl bonds to clean, dry, non-porous surfaces. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol and let the surface dry fully before applying. Wall graphics need a properly cured paint surface — fresh paint should be at least three weeks old. Large graphics ship with transfer tape and application instructions; our team can install for local orders.
Pricing at a glance
Vinyl is priced per square foot, with laminate and contour cutting as add-ons.

Frequently asked questions
How long does printed vinyl last outdoors?
Laminated printed vinyl typically lasts 2–3 years outdoors in Indian sun and monsoon conditions, and 3–5 years indoors. UV lamination is what protects the ink — unlaminated vinyl starts fading within months of direct sunlight.
What is the difference between cast and calendered vinyl?
Calendered vinyl is thicker and cheaper and works best on flat surfaces like windows, walls and boards. Cast vinyl is thinner, more flexible and dimensionally stable, so it conforms to curves, recesses and rivets — which is why vehicle wraps use cast film.
Can vinyl graphics be removed without damaging the wall?
Removable adhesive vinyl peels off cleanly from painted walls and glass for up to about two years. Permanent adhesive is far harder to remove and may lift paint, so tell us up front if the graphic is temporary and we will use removable film.
How do I supply artwork for contour-cut vinyl?
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) with the cut path drawn as a closed vector on its own layer, named CutContour and set to a 100% magenta spot colour. Add 3 mm of artwork bleed beyond the cut line.
