1. Who we are

SA Creative ("we", "us") operates the print-on-demand store at sacreative.store. We are based in India and can be reached at mdhasham2000@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address and profile picture when you sign in (including via Google Sign-In).
Order data: shipping address, phone number, artwork you upload and order history.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay / UPI). We do not store card or UPI credentials.
Technical data: device, browser, IP address and basic analytics needed to run the site securely.

3. Google Sign-In & Google user data

When you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares a limited profile with us using the standard openid, email and profile scopes. We use this data only to:

Create and authenticate your SA Creative account.
Show your name and avatar inside your account.
Send transactional order and account emails to that address.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors listed below. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

4. How we use your data

To process, print, ship and support your orders.
To operate the account, cart and checkout features.
To prevent fraud and secure the service.
To comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations in India.

5. Sub-processors

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Razorpay — payment processing.
Google — sign-in provider (only if you use Google Sign-In).
Shipping partners — for order delivery.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoice data is retained for the period required by Indian tax law. You can request deletion of your account by writing to mdhasham2000@gmail.com.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for Google Sign-In at any time. Contact us at mdhasham2000@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
