1. Who we are
SA Creative ("we", "us") operates the print-on-demand store at sacreative.store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You may sign in via email or Google. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraud.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel and refund an order if there is an obvious pricing or stock error.
4. Artwork & content
You confirm that any artwork, logos or text you upload is either owned by you or you have permission to print it. We may refuse orders that infringe intellectual property, contain unlawful content, or promote hate, violence or explicit material.
5. Production & delivery
Digital proofs are typically shared within 24 hours. Production begins after proof approval. Delivery times depend on your location and courier. Delivery charges, if any, are paid on delivery.
6. Refunds & reprints
Because items are printed on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If your order arrives damaged or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days at mdhasham2000@gmail.com with photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass authentication, or interfering with other users.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SA Creative's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
